Today we continue to focus on split jerk technique and will work from the racks. Resist the urge to max out today unless your lifts are looking and feeling great. Your goal should be consistency with your technique and that means making more lifts! As a reminder, next week we will work up to a heavy clean and jerk to finish off the cycle.
