8 Strict Chin-Ups
12 Weighted Box Step-Overs
16 DB Shoulder Presses
Notes
Perform 5 rounds of the triplet, moving from the chin-ups, directly to the step-overs and then the shoulder presses before resting prior to the following set. The Chin-Ups and Shoulder Presses should be hard enough to require 2-3 mini sets in the later rounds.

Jacintostorm is coming!
This Saturday we’ll be celebrating Jacinto’s 84th Birthday with our annual “JacintoStorm” workout! The very first Jacintostorm took place at CFSBK in 2008 when he was the ripe young age of 69.
