I’m doing Murph tomorrow!
Alternate for 5 total rounds each person:
Partner A walks 130m with a sandbag (medium heavy)
Partner B Air bikes at a recovery pace
I’m not doing Murph tomorrow
AMRAP 16:00
Run 270m
followed by 3 Rounds of:
5 Kipping pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
