3 Strict Pull-Ups
6 Deadlifts
9 Burpees
Notes
The early rounds of pull-ups should be unbroken, use a band or self assisted modifications if needed.
While the volume per round on Deadlifts are low, there are 60 total so you should be able to perform the entire workout unbroken +/185/155/135/95/-
Are you a crazy person? If so consider wearing a weighted vest if you’ve got one.
