Little chipper to head off the weekend. You should be able to complete the wall ball shots unbroken. Adjust the weight, height or your own expectations of yourself to get it done. 550m is one lap around the block. Scale the run down to 400m if needed.

These warm-up exercises take your shoulder through a joint movement called circumduction. This takes the shoulder through flexion, extension, abduction and adduction. Performing this large range of motion with a little external feedback from the band is a great way to warm-up your shoulders.
