2 Hang Power Cleans + 1 Push Press + 1 Jerk
Notes
Through the 5 work sets build to a heavy set on the complex. The jerk may be a push or split jerk, whichever you prefer.
METCON
AMRAP 10:00:
20 Hang Power Cleans
20 Burpees over the Barbell
50 Double Unders
Notes
Aim for about 3 rounds on this workout.
The hang power cleans should be light and completed in 1-2 sets per round. (95/75/65/45/..) Scale Double unders to 20 Doubles or 100 singles.
