Notes
In this interval workout, perform the first two movements before performing as many burpees as you can until the three minute mark. For the Toes to Bars, choose a rep scheme that will challenge you but allow you to complete the reps in 1-2 sets each interval. Use a 20″ box and two heavy Dumbbells for the step-ups.
