Front squats
Notes
The front squats should be on the heavier end but such that you can perform the 21 round in 2-3 sets. It should be too heavy to perform unbroken.

A2: Calf Raises

Notes
Work up through three progressively challenging sets of each exercise. For the AMRAPs, terminate your set with 0-1 reps in reserve or if your technique begins break down.
