SKILL: Handstand Push-Ups
Work some submaximal volume using a version of this movement that you can perform 5 sets of 5-8 reps unbroken with.
Body Piked with Band
2 Rounds for max meters and rounds of:
5:00 Triplet AMRAP
3 Wall Walks
You will finish this workout with two row distances and two rep counts. Work hard and try to stay consistent.
