Alternate between the two exercises. For the DB Rows, perform 8 reps with one arm, then switch.
8 Box Jump Overs
8e DB Hang Power Snatch
A: 8 Kipping Pull-ups
B: 12 Push-Ups
C: 12 DB Push Press
