This workout should take around 12-15 minutes give or take. Keep your foot on the gas pedal today and challenge yourself to run hard and attack the barbell.

1:00e Couch Stretch
:90 Straddle Stretch
5-20 Push-Ups, Dips, Ring Rows or Chin-ups
