-The TTB volume is intentionally low today to prioritize good kipping mechanics throughout the workout. If you’re already a TTB ninja (can do 10-15 reps unbroken), consider scaling up to 8 reps/round.
-Suggested KB weight is 32kg/24kg. Scale accordingly so you can do 8 squats unbroken in good form throughout the workout.
