6 CTB Kipping Pull-Ups
12 Box Jump Overs
6 Kipping Toes to Bars
12 DB Thrusters
If you came yesterday and your legs are sore you can perform DB Push Presses instead of Thrusters. The Thrusters should be medium light.
KT2B: 6 Kipping / 6 Strict or partial ROM / 12 Sit-Ups
Pull-Ups: 6 C2B / 6 Kipping / 4-6 Strict or banded / 8 Ring Rows
