Note on folks without strict or kipping pull-ups
The Final workout in the 2022 CrossFit Open and it’s a doozy but par for the course for a final workout. If you’re performing the scaled version and don’t have strict or kipping pull-ups, you can get through round one with a goal of a fast tie break time. Then, continue on with jumping pull-ups to get a proper workout in, however those reps beyond your first 21 thrusters would not count for your Open score. If you’re taking this route, just make sure to let your judge and the coach know ahead of time!
