Work up through a challenging three sets on the strength couplet. Set 1 should feel like a 75% effort, set 2 like 85% and set 3 90%+.

80 Double Unders
60 Double Unders
40 Double Unders
20 Double Unders
This is a higher volume workout (300 Double Unders/75 Deadlifts) that should be performed with medium/light weights.Use a DL weight that will make the workout tough, but allow you to keep perfect positions for all 75 reps. Scale Double Unders so that you don’t spend all day trying to clear the higher volume sets.
