Perform a hang power snatch then reset the bar on the ground and perform a power snatch. You do not need to touch and go the 2nd rep like we did on Monday’s clean complex.

JUMP ROPE SEMINAR WITH COACH LYNSEY
The CrossFit Open is almost upon us, and so is the possibility certainty of Double Unders! With that in mind, Coach Lynsey is hosting a Jump Rope Workshop on Saturday, February 19th.

– Breathing and Relaxation Strategies
– Skills including Single Unders, Alternating Foot Step, and Double Unders
– Personalised Coaching and Feedback
