5 Rounds on this triplet today. Hit the row at what feels like a 80% effort and try to hold steady each round. The Front Rack Lunges are not meant to performed for max reps. Move at a steady and deliberate pace and focus on an active double front rack carry and control. If you have even one double under, perform them today. You will never get them if you don’t work on it.
