Wall Ball Shots
This works out to 105 reps of each movement, per person.
Partner A performs 14 Wall Ball shots, then partner B performs 14 Wall Ball Shots, Partner A performs 14 Burpees, Partner B Performs 14 Burpees etc.
There is no Range and Resilience Class today due to coach Whit being away!
