Notes:
Cleans should be done as steady singles, not touch and go reps. Modify the push-ups with an incline or band such that you can get through 12 reps in 1-2 sets. Scale up to Ring Push-Ups.
Push Press/Jerk should be done in unbroken sets ideally. If you came on Tuesday and didn’t come yesterday, you can replace the push jerk or press with 6-9 kipping pull-ups or Ring Rows.
