A) Barbell Front Rack Step-Ups:

Use a “slower down-faster up” tempo. Box height should place the working leg below parallel. Focus on driving thought the top leg and not pushing off of the bottom foot. Start with an empty bar and work up to a challenging set or two.
B) Single-Arm Dumbbell Row:
4 x 8ea
Use a “slower down-faster up” tempo. Focus on squeezing the dumbbell up and not using a bunch of momentum. Work up to a challenging set or two.
