We’ll be running on a modified schedule today as we host the BirthFit seminar. Here’s what’s happening:
- All CrossFit Kids classes, 11am Active Recovery, and 12pm Pilates are cancelled.
- Tonight’s Open Gym will meet only in 608 Degraw.

Surprisingly worked up to 123# on the complex despite still feeling run down.
WOD: 103 burpees
Kept a consistent pace of 15 burpees/min. Wish I pushed it a tad more from the start because I was too steady and didn’t push my limits.
