First time on Nate tonight. Finished ten rounds unbroken – enjoyed it and felt I paced as well as I could have. Keep thinking I could have maybe pushed it a little harder but wanted to avoid failing any MU attempts.
Farmers carry was brutal esp after my DIY warm up pre class of walking lunges with weighted vest up and down the block.
