Have never done Jerry–wouldve like to but this toe still feels terrible. It really is amazing how much we really on our toes and feet. I now understand a bit better when a guy on my fantasy football team has to sit out with “turf toe”. I can’t imagine this pain on my big toe.
It feels a little better and I probably could try to slog through 2 miles with a compromised running form–but figure its not worth it. Need to recover in time for Strength Intensive.
Happy Father’s day to everyone.
Flamenco dancing.
I’ve been skirting it for a couple of years; at this point, it’s pretty much inevitable.
