Set up before a clock, and every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

If you've finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes. We've seen +3. Any +4's?

Post rounds completed and Rx to comments.

killer workout for sunday morning. 8 rounds in first 10 minutes, 8 rounds in second 10 minutes and 7 rounds in the final 10 – for a total of 23 rounds…could only keep the “on the minute” pace going for the first 5 minutes…

    26 rds as Rx’d

1st 12 rds completed before the minute.Last 14 rds completed over the course of remaining 18 minutes.

    Push-Ups were the limiting factor.

    20 Minute Chelsea

Only was able to keep up with the clock until the 9 minute mark. Having done several 20 round cindy’s in my past I thought I’d at least be able to stay on until like 18 or so. Either way, Push-ups were the limiting factor, the rest was easy. I think to complete the 30 minutes I’d have to do 5 push-ups per round.

I don’t know how many total I got, I lost count after the 8, maybe 16-18 rounds?

    Feeling loopy now

To paleo-ize, leave out the bread and milk (I do.)

There is definitely one ingredient that will raise your eyebrows – trust me, it’s delish.

10 rnds on the minute then 23 by the 30 min mark. Pushups broke down to 2s and 3s. Pull ups and squats were all unbroken.

    Wow that was brutal…

    went for 21 minutes

Did every round rx rep wise

but only got in 13 rounds.

basically it didnt wear me down cardio wise–and all the time I had to do pushups which eventually turned to singles was my rest. As soon as I finished the last squat I got back on the pull up bar.

this wouldve been a good workout to do with people at the gym–especially since it seemed so long and just kept going on and on…

Great BW workout to have in the back pocket for days you cant make it into the gym though!

This was hard and awesome. Did 30 minutes. RX: 5 ring rows, 8 pushups, 12 squats. At 10 minutes dropped to 5 ring rows, 7 pushups, 11 squats. At 20 dropped again to 5 ring rows, 5 pushups, 10 squats. Pushups were from the elevated bar.

    Proud of the 10am group!

this was really rough. scaled the workout to 7 push ups thinking that would somehow make it manageable – nope!

    10 rounds in 10 minutes5 pull ups, 5 push ups, 15 squats

7 rounds in the next 10 minutes

my hands were about to completely rip open after 20 minutes but i wanted to keep going so after a short break, i got back to it and the last 10 minutes was 6 rounds of 1 half strict/half kip pull up, 5 push ups, 15 squats.

carlos and JMcD were both kick-ass along with the rest of the nooner crew

meant to say was going to try 7 push ups each round, then quickly switched to 5 which was still rough (obviously)

Did a half-ass version of Chelsea yesterday (Tuesday).

5 pullups, 5 pushups, 15 squats-barely missed completing 10 full rounds OTM by 2 squats.-took the 11th minute off then continued in AMRAP style until minute 18 when I called it quits. Finished with 15 rounds total.-Ate a late lunch too close to class and definitely paid for it during this wod. Chorizo tacos are awesome…just not before a long met-con.
