    hi folks!

as david mentioned, i am participating in the NYC triathlon this weekend (so is christine!) and i’m going to be with some friends and family celebrating at Brooklyn Tavern (3rd ave between Atlantic and State Streets) probably starting around 12:30 on sunday.

if anyone is around and wants to celebrate with a cold one, stop on by!!! we’ll also have some food on hand.

Anyone watching the female masters at the games? They’re doing Nancy at 65# and their overhead squats look so much better than my 33# ones yesterday. Pretty impressive!

    Cool photo!!

OK, I am watching the Games. WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS LISTED?!?!??? I had this same issue with the Qualifier website. I see a schedule, I see results–nowhere do I see what these athletes have to freaking DO. Gaaaaah.

Lobotski (sp?) from the north east is in first place for the men right now. I really want to watch the Master Women’s “Nancy” event but it’s not up for re-viewing yet. the faster men were coming in the low 15’s/16’s for nancy which is very impressive
