Out of CrossFit's 10 General Physical Skills, inadequate strength is one biggest limitations in people's ability to progress as CrossFitters.  If you feel like your strength is lacking, consider Coach Jeremy's 8 Week Strength Intensive.  We've got one slot left in both cycles that start this week. Get on it!

Shane and Kamau look like theyre doing some comedy/ventriliquist routine.

Man this is the type of workout I love/hate.

Unfortunately my body is beat from doing Thursdays WOD on Friday and Yesterday’s WOD. In addition Tene is hungry and wants to go to brunch.

Ill be making this up tomorrow after DLs or Tuesday. Anyone with me?

This is the type of WOD that really sucks alone.

    12:57 at 95lbsPush Press:Round 1: 7-7-7Round 2: 5-5-5Round 3: 5-4Round 4: 6

The runs felt progressively worse, which is not the part I thought would be a problem. Always fun to be outside though.

As rx’d: 14:50. Was dreading this, but I really ended up enjoying it. Am I going to regret saying that?

    Warmup:-foam roll goodness-line drills-400m jog

    Run/Push press WOD:14:51 as rx’d.

First sets of push presses were very broken and I lost time there. Forced myself to keep pace on the rest. 2nd round was in sets of 5, 3rd was 5,4 and last 6 were all unbroken. Tam, you’re lucky you posted first or I wouldn’t have believed you. 😉

Great class! although a little sad to say goodbye to Gabriel and Luisa. Best of luck in Alexandria!

    15:45 – Scaled to 95 lbs.

95 lbs feels like 135 after a run.

It felt good to be at an early class on Sunday. I decided not to drink the night before.

    Full rest = good workout.

Made this up with Sameer and Cloyde on the erg.

12:25 @ 95lbsMerry Christmas.I think this is the second WOD ive finished at 12:25.

I wonder how I wouldve fared at 115. I didnt even try because in warmups 95 felt heavy. Im figuring I coulda added 3-4 more minutes.

I actually missed the last 130m of the 800 today and had to make it up on the second cycle.

Its such an interesting WOD cause like half your work is done after the 1st set. I think I couldve ran harder the 1st 800m, but you just never know so you don’t wanna empty the gas tank.
