Rest day in the sun. Very cool to see Scott and Milli in the park, and that Milli and Stella got along well. Hope the nutritionists enjoyed the seminar!

Great night last night Brian, informative and lovely. Thank you! I hope to repeat the feats of drunken handstands throughout the summer – several people made some great progress and I want to perfect the stumbling-drunk handstand walk.
The seminar today was likewise excellent. Looking back over it I’m impressed by the combination of detail and clarity. We covered a large amount of information, but all of it was presented in such an intuitive way that I remained engaged all day and feel like very little time actually passed.
Post-Seminar workout with Nick: row-technique work followed by a 20 minute pace piece focusing on being at or below 16 strokes/minute and aiming for a 2:40 split. It went better than I expected, probably because Nick was good at distracting me and giving me pointers to think about. I do think I am going to be quite sore tomorrow.
