Started at 100# got halfway through cleans on the 1st set and took the extra 5 off to 95#.

Cleans sucked. Havent done deadlifts in so long–form wasnt very good and once my back tightened up from everything else– it was tough.
Then did some broken up 3×8 Pullups.

My WOD today was shoveling the driveway and helping a moron dig his truck out of the snow. Not that bad. Next time I will scale up to a slightly stupider moron.

Had thought about 95 at first but settled on 85 after considering the thrusters. weight seemed right in the end, WOD was very tough, but also managed to keep technique pretty tight.

WOD 15:08 at 80#. The limiting factor was my forearms on the cleans. And I’d like to echo what Shawn said about deadlift form and the back tightening up — definitely the case for me.
