Did the mainsite WOD at NYSC
Row 5k – 20:31.6
Highly recommended. This wasn’t as bad as I imagined it would be. I got my tunes set and tried to hang below a 2:05/500m split and a 24 stroke rate. A few times when I got bored/tired I pulled a power 10 and settled back in. I could have done this faster, though I’m not quite sure I’d want to.
David – Mizfit? Are plie squats in the next cycle?

Tried to make it to 7am today, hope to be able to do it Thursday. Thursday evening we’ll be in Jersey City with old college friends and their kids. For 10 years this group has gathered to cook a huge meal, drink bourbon out of party hats, and wake each other up at 3am with cheap noisemakers from Chinatown. Almost everyone in the crowd has kids now and yet we show no signs of slowing down.

I’ll probably be celebrating with some dirty birds in new jersey, land of milk and honey. Sorta.

This frigid weather makes me want to cry. The alternative is to laugh. This is one of my all time favorite you-tube videos.
Wanted to make up Jackie today but it just wasn’t in the cards, maybe tomorrow.

I did four rounds + an extra 15 sec. plank, which I’m not terribly proud of. I did get one unbroken set of 19 du’s, though. I was mostly just sloppy about this. Forgot to do the first plank so I fused it with the second one, and I may have stuck in some extra du’s.

very conservative increase–only up 3 lbs. from last time. I could have done a bit more, I think.
