Warm up: Some running start forward rolls. Tried linking some of these together. Whoa.Then handstand push ups with Gabrus and Vincent in Jeremy’s wet spot, more fun.

still feeling slightly off, but it wasn’t as bad as i thought. only 5# behind my old PR.

handstands felt more solid, though certainly really hard to do the whole range of motion.

Laid off deadlifts today. Many thanks to David for the extended kipping session – I really hope I don’t try your patience too much longer with this thing!
After the kipping session, did four 500 meter rows. Rather idiotically, I forgot to note down my times but it felt hard (one loses conditioning quickly).

i was good comming back tonight felt like home. I missed you guys. did the deadlifts at 5×5 max at 305 arm didnt want to go further. Thank you to Dave my captain for pushing me on that last round of the main site WOD also thanks to Margie, Shane, Christain, and Jremy for not allowing me to give uo that thing was brutal

Enjoyed the handstand pushup practice. 5, 5, 3.
Warmed up with 95×5, 135×5, 185×3. Work sets 235, 255, 275 (all these felt pretty good and people had no major issues with form) 295x1F, 285PR. The 285 was really ugly. I think I am going to do the rest of the deadlifts for this cycle as sets across.

Really fun working the handstand pushup, even with the bands to assist. It’s just fun to be in that position.

These felt much better than when I did them on Thursday. Still need to work on keeping my back set throughout the lift. So awesome to work with Charlotte and Anne tonight! Nice job ladies!

and some pullup practice, got to 10 unbroken white band pullups (PR).

I am SO excited we are starting to work HSPUs. At first hated the bands, then when Anne & Jess & I switched to a blue/blue combo, it felt better. Great lifting with Jess & Anne, too–Anne, great having you back!

My form was off on the 100 lbs, so I scaled back on the last set and concentrated on keeping my shoulders back, and back set. Thanks David for the help and “J Bails” for being an awesome partner as always.
Handstands are feeling great (not too sure about the band contraption though), can’t wait to do the handstand into a forward roll like in the video!!

I dreamed this morning that I was in a writing class with Katie and this girl from high school, Jean Parks, who made me move because my chair kept rolling around in front of her. David was teaching the class. I awoke to discover it was 7:08 and I had missed this morning’s class. Boo. I had such big plans for this morning.

felt pretty good throughout. form felt good on the 275 so i went up to 285, maybe 280 would have been a better number. the march to 300 continues. afterwards did ring dips 3*5 and ghd situps 3*10. always a good time
