I did my 3rd crashb wod of the week today, just a warmup, 10 minute piece, and cooldown. avg split was 2:01! I felt great about this, given earlier this week I felt I was working very hard at 2:08.
also did back squat triples and maxed at 230. I need to get back on the squatting twice a week wagon.
