does anyone have a car and would be willing to help us out picking up some equipment on Friday? We need to wrangle some medballs from different affiliates.

Depends on the time/distance…I can apply some automobile force on Friday.

But it begs the question, how much do we all cook? Informal survey, how many meals a week do people cook from scratch?

I’m going to go with “cindy”. If I get a second guess, then “karen”.

btw, I pretty much cook every meal from scratch except for dinner on friday/saturday. breakfast is either steel cut oats or eggs, lunch is always a very large salad and some fruit, dinner is usually sauteed or roasted vegetables and meat or eggs.
obviously I don’t mill my own oats or any crazy shit like that, but in terms of processed goods I think olive oil, cheese, balsamic and ice cream are about as processed as we get.

Paul — that’s impressive. I usually sacrifice breakfast at home for sleep and get fruit on my way to work. I can’t crack the protein-for-breakfast code. At least at home.

it is very sad.

btw.. i don’t think a 5k counts as LSD. we still gotta hit that thing fast. it’s no sprint, but its the same time domain as cindy.
