+1 for the BW DL/Pushup one that Jeremy and Shawn posted.

for metcons, my faves are the filthy fifty and FGB. deadlift 5×1 is always fun. I also really like grace, and anything that involves climbing the rope. seems like we haven’t climbed the rope in a minute though.

By definition, shouldn’t you have only a single ALL-TIME favorite?
Mine is the DB Bear. I like working with DBs because my arms are not the same, I like the difficulty of the 20 minute duration but having the rests in between, but most of all I like how it totally kicks my ass.

I’m with Sarah: DB Bear.
However, I also have a thing for (sorry, Sarah):Cindy, Grace, Heidi, Murph and any max effort session .

I don’t have a few all time favorites yet. So far, my favorite workouts have one of two characteristics: they involve lifting something heavier than I thought I could or doing a set of movements in a time or volume that I’m almost positive I can’t do beforehand. After workouts like that I feel a sense of accomplishment and euphoria that is highly addictive.

If confined to one, I think I’m going to surprise a few people by picking the deadlift-less, double-under-less Barbara, only cause she makes me want to puke. Oh, I hate her SO MUCH, it must be love.
Needless to say, I’m a fan of many others. Anne, 10…1 bw dl & pu, Cindy, crossfit total, FGB, the list goes on and on.
