Okay in all seriousness I am waiting for an actual peer reviewed paper on this to be released before I change any opinions, but I am really eager to read the paper when it comes out.
Was hoping for more with this one, but grip and form are still developing. With the DL I’m finding myself impatient to go higher in weight, not paying enough attention to detail. Plus the Y is always a performance depressant.

Then theres lots of other ones I randomly lurk on. I’ve been making a concerted effort to only be on the computer 2 hours a day total (which has been prettyyy consistent) and that significantly limits my browsing time. Most of my time is spent on Gmail answering emails..
Looking at this list I feel like I should be looking at more non Crossfit specific blogs. hmm.

Yeah, David! I’m happy to see you look at CF Invictus. I love what my coaches come up with.
Mi casa, su casa. I hope to meet you one of these days! (The games in July maybe?)
and whatever other black holes i fall into while doing random research on food…

Have to add: http://www.crossfitmom.com. Great site for the pre- and post-natal. (Someday I won’t be the only CF Momma in BK!)

Not really a regular anywhere.. doesn’t fit with my ‘clued-out’ philosophy.
And when I do actually post on forums, I ask awkward questions like “has anyone seen my I AM SPARTACUS T-shirt”
Seriously, if anyone grabbed it by mistake on Sunday I’d love to get it back, it has deep sentimental value (Spartacus gave it me) and it is also probably quite pongy.

Allan,
You left your sparticus tshirt on the floor by the batting cage after Murph. It’s sitting on the keg and yes it is quite pongy.

Thanks! Will pick it up tomorrow!
