Rock Climbing! Malcolm and I are both in, but we too are carless.

I hadn’t known about a film version of Where The Wild Things Are, now excited, nervous and impatient.

my triceps hurt (can’t stop practicing ring dips and kipping.) Back squat: final set of 5 at 100lbs. Still working on form – hip drive, keeping wrists straight, the infamous T12.

    Back Squats 5X5 155,176,185,205, 220X3.

Turkish get ups. 3 each side at 25. And then one each side at 30,35,40, 45 and 50.

Playing around I got my first ring dip!

    Great day.

Thought I’d do better, but my right hamstring is still unhappy from a week ago.

Kudos to Sal for putting up 285!

Feel better Erik, enjoy that chocolate!

Back squat 5×5: 135,155,185,195,210-PRI liked learning how to do the turkish Getups in a methodical way, breaking down each movement. However, could not get into it cause of the left shoulder issue. Practiced jump rope which I totally suck at, but I’m determined to get a handle on it. For anyone interested, the CF Journal issue 21(May 2004) has the most simple explanation of the Zone food plan. Now I have no excuses. If anyone wants, I can print out copies for you.

Jeremy– you have a kidnapper-van now? Or one of those 70’s pimp vans?

I have been awol lately — last weekend my arms were feeling really weird so I thought I should take a rest. I’ll be back Sunday. Everyone should come to my party sat. night. email me if you haven’t gotten the details.
