JT (modified)21-15-940 lb dumbbell pressesring dipspush ups
17 something? I don’t remember exactly. Deceptively hard, push ups broke quick, also the headache from last night came back on my first round of dips.
Messed around with some cleans.
Annie: 7:57, 51 seconds slower then my pr. The du’s were ok, not great but ok. The sit ups slowed me down.
