I would be totally interested in it. It’s got some great features and by the sounds of it they are about to add in all kinds of food tracking that you can corrolate against performance factors in WODs that could be kinda interesting.

Weighted pull ups weren’t so strong. My biceps had a pretty good work out with the double unders before we got to the pull-ups. I did manage to string 49, followed by 53 double unders together, before being hit by a headache out of no where.
Also, I suck at singles with the jump rope. I couldn’t string together 5 of those. Seriously.
Pull-ups were 36 lbs x 3, 46×2, 46×2, 46×2, 41×2 (or something like that)
After class I stuck around to do…10, 9, 8… 1 of body weight deadlifts (180 lbs) / push-upsI was hoping to beat 3 minutes (last time was 3:17).Time: 2:46That felt great. The cycle time slowed a bit by rounds 5 and 6, and I think I could improve the transition from push-up to deadlift… perhaps. It also helped to have Jeremy counting, kept me focused. That’s a fun, quick workout.

Had to make up a missed snatch or two, wasn’t receiving the bar well at the beginning. Pulls were fine.
Today was a good indicator of where this strength cycle has taken me, I haven’t hit presses or squats that heavy in months.

Felt lousy coming into the day – have a gluten allergy and accidentally ate gluten (it was in sausage! grrr.)
pull-ups: unweightedx3, 2.5×3, 5×3, 7.5×3, 10×2 with a third where Sarah gave me a little push. (thanks Sarah!)
most exciting though, I got my first ring dip today!

definitely interested in BTW.
accessory work was good too. singles felt good. have to fix/look at my unbalanced left arm. never noticed it before. thanks david for pointing it out. maybe the cause for being unable to string many double unders together.

Had a great time showing off my virtuosity with the jump rope, and the best part of the workout was standing around watching you guys do pullups:-(

Max number of singles: 81Max number of doubles: 50
Jump Roping totally burned my arms out, spoke a little with Grand Master Sal. A few good tips on arm position and grip will hopefully help in future jumps. So weighted pullups were a little harder as a result. Mental note: do not wear lifting shoes for jump roping. Bad ju-ju.
Weighted Pullups:1.5pdx3, 1.5pdx3, 1.5pd x3, 1.5pdx2, 1.5pdx2
Weakness WOD: Karen (150 Wallball for time). 11:45 Focused more on technique than speed — am really bad at wallball.
Then ran the rope ladder with the level 2’s — that was fun! Need to wear shoes next time.
