I discovered Paula’s show last week at work. I each episode is a rollercoaster of emotions. Disgust, sadness, fear, anger, unbearable excitement, bewilderment, and ecstasy all in one 30 minute episode.
For a great drinking game…take a swig everytime Paula uses the word “bacon” (“bakin'” counts) in a show.
Finally, that picture of Liane is bonafide badass.

for all of you following the unreliable babysitter chronicles, she’s been FIRED! she doesn’t agree that she is a horrible person by the way.
Snatches felt a little out of sorts although I did have one of those magic pulls where the weight jumps up higher and faster than you expect it to.
Press was easier than I was dreading.
Squat just sucked, I haven’t had that much weight on my back in a while, felt good to get it done though.

Damn… tonight was the mother of all “off” nights. I failed on my 2nd warm-up set at 50lb and it was all downhill from there. Ended up working the 40lb bar for almost all of my work sets. Thank you Margie and Dan for helping me troubleshoot!

If I recall correctly…115×3, 125×2, 125×3, 130×2, 130x2then I tried a single rep at 135 and failedAll in all, I wasn’t unsatisfied. My press numbers have really been falling and this is the first time in a while I felt I could have hit 135, even if I didn’t.40lb db x 5, 45lb db x5, 50lb db x5
also did a warm up Annie. I think 8:35my abs were still seriously sore from Barbara, that slowed me down a lot.also, I started with 46 continuous double-unders, then it took me 4 attempts to knock out the final 4, messed up. That kept happening, finding a groove, then really losing it. I need to order by buddy lee replacement rope.

Press x3: 85,95,100,105,110. Last press was way sloppy, but I’ll let it stand. Great working with Sameer. Dumbell presses 35lbs 5 reps x2. All felt good until the 2nd round of ring rows,something pulled in my left shoulder, hope it’s not too bad, living on Advil for now. David said to lay off the burpee challenge, I’m only too happy to oblige. Julianna; my wife told me last night that I’m like the guy from “Night of the living Dead”- wonder what she meant:)

1RM pr on the 105, but no 3RM pr was in the cards for me today. Still really sore from Barbara.
Tried DB press with 30 lbs, but was scolded for arching my back, so I went to 25 lbs. 2×5
Then some ring rows. 3×12
