That little running burpee lunge WOD was hard, time- 13:07. David showed us a new outdoor kipping pullup-falldown technique today,not Crossfit approved. Caught up with my burpee challenge today. Jenna and Dan showed off some new “positions” today.

You walked by the warmup, post a 400m sprint.
Next were 5×3 deadlifts
Then outdoor WOD (a little burner):Start on the corner of President and 4th, run uphill, at the corner of President and 5th do 20 burpees. Then walking lunges on 5th Avenue from President to Union. Now run back around to President and 5th to repeat 20 burpees, walking lunges, and run back into the Lyceum.
Unfortunately I missed recording David’s bar muscle-up/getting massive air off the scaffolding outside by about 10 seconds… Real shame as it would have made for great watching.
And Jack is referring to Jenna giving me a good PNF stretch post WoD.
hey everyone fairly sore from barbara. small L2 class today. too much bowling!
deadlifts today were good, but didn’t push too hard on account of barbara. Still managed a pr, sort of. Previously I hade a 1rm 305, 2rm 300, and a 275 3rm. now my 3rm is up to 295. so not a crazy pr or anything, but it still counts.
Just noticed Shane and I are in the pic on today’s affiliate page. I’m defending one of Jeff Yan’s takedowns, Shane is about to engage in Oedipal combat, and Margie and Allison are probably off in the corner pulling each others hair or something.
