Come out this weekend to roll a few at a local dive bowling alley! Everyone is invited and encouraged to bring who ever you'd like, the more the merrier. To top things off, Erik will be turning 21 making this an even more magical evening. Please leave a comment if you're interested in attending.

Went HEAVY as a result of not paying attention. Should have went with 85%. Ended up doing 90% of my theoretical 1RM instead…
265×3 – easy breezy.285×3 – good285x3 – questionable on breaking parallel285x2 – definitely broke parallel on these; failed on rep three285x1 – broke parallel on rep 1, got stuck in the hole on rep two.
Skill work: got experience bailing with 285 on my back.
Accessory Work: 30 reps of each for minimal sets. Not for time, no advancement to the next exercise until 30 reps completed. Goal being 1 set of 30 reps.
Ring Dips: 10, 10, 10Ring Pullups (Strict): 10, 10, 5, 5Ring Knees to Elbows: 10, 10, 10Ring Pushups: 30Ring Rows: 10, 8, 2, 6, 4Kettle Bell Swing (2 Pood): 15, 15
Day 61 of the Burpee Challenge:Status: Caught up as of day 60.Intentionally running a deficitCompleted 23 burpees today so I’ll have 100 for tomorrow. (Am writing this as though it’s still Monday.)

The bartender at Melody Lanes is missing a few screws, but its still my favorite bowling alley in Brooklyn. Perhaps I’ll stop by…with my purple Minnie Mouse bowling ball.
