I just used one of those Neti pot things where you pour salt water up your nose. As terrible as that sounds it really cleared up my sinuses! I

Neti pots are great. As is the yogi tea… throat comfort. makes your throat all slick.
I take wellness formula which has every herb you can think of and smells like sweaty socks.
rest and water and chicken soup are staples.

Super yogi tea has elm bark that coats your throat. You drink it hot but not in a hot sweaty yoga room 🙂

hot ginger lemonade: Hot water + fresh lemon juice + a good inch of fresh ginger, grated + whatever amount of honey makes it drinkable for you. If you don’t want the ginger bits getting in your throat – strain it through whatever is handy. It burns a little, but helps and is good for fighting whatever beasty is making your throat hurt.
It helps to sip hot water too or a simple mug of warm broth instead of something cold – it’s easier to swallow and is soothing.
