that third attempt on the 140 had me arching my back way too much, so i had to bail, my back got a little torqued. it was bad news. must keep back neutral!
previous 1rm: 135, so that is a pr, but I was hoping for more improvement, since it had been a while.
fun times rolling around and climbing. i think i finally figured out how not to land on my head!

first time doing this. felt pretty good. went from front to back as the weight got heavier. need to work more on the jerk and letting the heavier weight down gently. good lifting with you gabrus.
forward rolls where fun.

Push Jerk: 75,80,85,85,85
I definitely need to work on this! My push jerks were looking sloppy-needed to get my head through and shrug my shoulders more. Last week doing these from behind I felt much stronger, so david was right that u can get more weight up that way.
See you guys wednesday

Did the lifts from the front rack position.
155, 165(f), 160, 160, 160
Was not feeling strong on this at all… I think I managed to hyper extend my elbow on a warm-up set. Couldn’t grip the rope for the climbs. Feels fine now though.
Very odd that I can’t put up more weight. I strict shoulder press 144, so 160 seems low for a push jerk (and even a push press). Wonder what I’m doing wrong…

PJ: 95,95,105,115,125=PR Slowly getting the form, still afraid to bail. It seems that every time I did a roll on the mat, someone was telling a good joke, cause I heard a lot of laughter:) Jillian says they’re laughing WITH me.
