Ooh. Sorry we missed it – I’ve never done a weighted ohs. Malcolm and I are both sick – came down with sore throats Saturday afternoon. Hope none of you catch it.
Looking at this day on the schedule a few weeks ago, I thought it was gonna suck. Little did I know I’d be doing Fran the day before.

Tried to jump from 105 to 115 and failed. Back on track and form felt strong with smaller jumps in weight.Knees went a tad wobbly on last set, but it went up!

First time doing these with any weight — was very conservative.
Almost lost it on the first reps of the last two rounds, otherwise felt good. Lots of strain in the wrists during the last round. They feel to be flexing too much, could this have anything to do with the width of my grip on the bar?

I think this was the first time doing these with any weight. Felt good, had some difficulty with pressing the bar overhead and catching it back down; Worked on that for a while
DL cleans x2, tall cleans x2, power cleans x2 with 65,75,85,95,105pr. Not exactly sure how many sets I did.
Bear: 25lbs DLx5, mhp’sx5, thruster’s x5. I think I did 5 rounds. First three rounds done within the 1min after that I fell behind. My grip was killing me! Good stuff though.
