We’ve got a great crew for Foundations this January! Lets hope they can all walk today..
My two favorite shows are, “It’s always sunny in Philadelphia” and “Stella” which was cancelled after 1 season. In my opinion, Stella had achieved comedic perfection.

I’m not sure how exactly to log the squats:) We did about 8 or so sets. I was able to do 20, then 18…then I did 15 pretty much every time after that.
I don’t have cable, but I am addicted to travel shows like Globetrekker. I am also not above watching “So You Think You Can Dance”. I’m ashamed.

sad that i missed being in that group photo! skating was fun and hooverball looks like its a lot of fun too
i’m not going to admit to some of the shows i watch… but one that i’m getting into right now is “freaks and geeks” on dvd. its an amazing cast and is pretty brilliant.
i’m pretty bored today at work, hence all the posts

Arrested Development
I’ve also been watching a couple classics from the 60’s recently:Secret Agent Man and Get Smart. Both involve secret agents, both are brilliant. The similarities end there.
As for current shows, I’m looking forward to Lost returning. 30 Rock has it’s moments.

Favorite tv shows? Just thinking about it makes me realize how much tv I actually watch! Arrested Development, Deadwood, Six Feet Under, True Blood, The State…I could go on.
Did front squats today from main site5-5-5-5-5
115, 135, 155, 165(PR), 175(PR)
Think I just PR’d cause I’d never tried to go that heavy on front squats before. Hopefully I’ll be back next weekend, I have playoff tickets at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh this weekend! Off the hook!
