Was not looking forward to the presses after my crappy presses after thanksgiving, but they went fairly well today, so I am happy.
75/80/80/85/90
my previous 1RM pr was 87, so that is fairly good.
i got 2 muscle-ups today so that was great. This time I did one MU and then went and did other things, and then went back to it, and got the 2nd, rather than trying to get my 2nd shortly after the first. I am pretty sure the problem wasn’t fatigue though… my timing was always off on 2nd attempts.
Apparently Sal can’t make it to the hoboken shindig on the 20th so I am to sub in. We can call ourselves team DFL =)
Press105x3, 115×3, 125×2, 125F, 115×2?125 which was an old 1RM came up without too much work for 2.

My press is still troubled. I managed a set of 3 at 120. I’m a far cry from the numbers I was getting a few months ago.
Annie: 7:06, PR52 seconds faster then my last PR and this one was without my Buddy Lee.Now I want a sub 7.
