12:14 as RX’dToo damn long, mostly because of the thrusters. I also really wanted to pay attention to my form with the deadlifts, but I have no idea how much it deteriorated in the later rounds.
40 sec on the ring supports. Like all good ladders, those really sneak up on one.

I thought the deadlifts would be easy and the thrusters would wreck me but it was the other way around. I’m thinking this should be a 5 round WOD next time around.

8:11, 185lbs, 25lb dbs.. I think I should have gone up to 30lb dbs. It was all tough, but the thrusters should have been a bit more.

wod 8:48, did the first round with 132lb dl then I scaled down (way to heavy) to 122lb, db thrusters 20lb but could have gone heavier.
