Here is some information which you may find useful. The first link lists contact and travel information as well as parking garage, food and bank listings. If you would prefer to park on the street there will be more availability towards Third Ave. as opposed to Fourth Ave. which is more commercial. The second link is a neighborhood map so that you can easily find your way around. Please don't hesitate to contact any of the numbers listed in the first link if you would like more information. You could also post a question on the comments section of this post and someone will get back to you ASAP.

First day was awesome. Lot of quality instruction. The highlight was definetly Coach’s speech, he praised our space, our community and most grattifyingly our coach. It made all of us proud as hell to hear CFSBK gettting the recognition it so richly deserves.
Oh yeah 295 for Fight Gone Burpee
Charmel says
Great to hear that things are going well at the cert guys. Fight gone burpee just sounds like so much..fun.
Saturday:Made my pilgrimage to St. Mary’s and ran into Chelsea. Made it to round 27 before she broke me.
I guess all of those pullups have bought me into the pullup challenge. Happy happy joy joy.
K2E ladder (30 sec) – 8 rounds
79 burpees
Sunday:For anyone interested, a few of us are going to the Williamsburg box today. Class is at 1pm817 Metropolitan Avenue – L train to Graham Ave

Erik & CharmelIt was a real honor hosting you guys today at Black Box Brooklyn. I have the highest regard for David as a coach and you two are testament to his ability. You guys are in good hands over there, and likewise SBK should be proud to have you as representatives.
Come visit us anytime and feel free to bring friends.

As Jeff mentioned, went to Crossfit Brooklyn in Williamsburg today. A really nice spot. I love the no nonsense of the crossfit gym. You have your weights, you have your pull-up bar, get to work. They’re a really great group of people. I’ve spied on there blog for a while, it was nice to finally see it first hand.
We did the beginners WOD, which was:5 k2e10 push-ups15 box jumpsmax rounds in 20 minutes
I finished with 12 + 4 k2e
After much crossfit shop talk, I did Annie (again): 9:41.
The double-unders were pretty strong, but I didn’t anchor on my sit-ups which may have cost me a little time. Still, I got sub-10, but not as good as my last attempt (9:17). I now have sub-9 as my goal.
Yesterday, in the park, got up to the 12th round in Chelsea, then failed to count how many additional rounds I did. Let’s just say it was enough. Final score: Enough.
10 on the k2e ladder.
I’m sore. Everywhere.
