We did 15 reps at a time for everything but the KTE which we did 10. Seemed to work well.
Played around with squat cleans, still working on integrating a full 2nd pull with the third, either I don’t finish the second and race to get the third, or I over pull the 2nd and am too slow getting under the bar. It broke down around 185-205, progress being made.

We used 10# medballbox jumps split into 10 repsk2E into 5lunges into 20situps into 25
seemed work fairly well for us. my k2e form degraded quite a bit, but paul beasted it out.
Foundations inspired me to work on my 1 rep max for press. tried to go for 80# (previous is 78), but failed. Did 2 singles at 75#.
Also worked on my kips, Got three in a row… I’m getting there!

I just have to say that my belly is SORE! Apparently, 75 k2e and 75 situps makes for effective “core” work.

Teamed up with Jeremy on this WOD. powered through it. the set breakdown down was perefect. allowed for enough work/rest for each of us. The partner balls were tough towards the 2nds half as were the KNE’s.
yes my gut is sore.
