Not only do they return their equipment, they also put it back in the correct position so that the next person to use it can easily locate the proper weights. Cleaning up after oneself also extends to picking up any bottles, athletic tape, towels or shirts one might otherwise leave behind. If you see something that may not be yours but is clearly garbage, please do everyone a favor and throw it out.

split jerks up to 95#. Form is fading… once upon a time I maxed at 120#. I am getting weaker… this CrossFit thing is a load of crock. Or a crock of crap. Or something like that.

1 set of sotts presses at 20#, the others at 15#.Bunch of K2Es.
Dinner – the bottom of a jar of macadamia butter, couple ounces of cheese, some flax seeds, couple of bran crackers, kombucha, bite of chocolate, a prune, maybe an olive, some beef jerky. All that fat and I’m starving. Perhaps this is the real culprit behind my sudden weakness.
I need a steak.

These PRs are getting good. Before PRs were unimpressive because I’d never really done the workout/movement before so it didn’t really feel like a record. Now it is feeling good. =) hooray.
I have to figure out a new eating plan, though, as my schedule with school is messing me up.
