    Hi All,If anyone’s interested in watching some Olympic weightlifting, the 2008 NYC Open is happening this Saturday at Lost Battalion Hall.

    The Schedule:Men’s 56, 62, 69, 77, 85kg Classes: 10:00 AMAll Women’s Classes: 11:30AMMen’s 94, 105 & 105+kg: 12:30 PM

    not quite thrilled with the depth of the last few reps @ 245.

    Tabata push press: 76 reps

    started off with 90lbs back squat then did 4 sets at 105lbs
